Yes, I plan to attend the GASCO Administrators' Meeting as follows:
Friday - Breakfast
Friday - Lunch
Friday - Reception
Saturday - Breakfast

Registration Fees:

• ALL GASCO Members Including Administrators' Association Members and Practice Support Members - No Charge(1)
• Navigator Members - No Charge(2)
• Corporate Sponsors - No Charge
• Medical Students and Hematology/Oncology Fellows - No Charge
• Exhibitors - $3,500 per Exhibit Table(3)
• Non-Members - $150.00

⁽¹⁾ and ⁽²⁾ Please note if you have not yet paid your 2019 dues, they must be current and paid prior to the meeting. ⁽³⁾ Payment of the exhibitor fee is due five (5) days prior to the start of the meeting. If you require an invoice, please e-mail a request to anne@gasco.us.
