The goal of the Caris educational webinar series is to gain insight into important issues in molecular oncology by looking retrospectively at related real-world case studies.
This quarter's webinar will explore Caris GPSai™, an AI-enabled Genomic Probability Score that uses whole exome (DNA) and whole transcriptome (RNA) sequencing, coupled with machine learning, to aid in identifying Tissue of Origin (TOO). Drs. Theodore Nicolaides and Matthew Oberley will review cases of Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP) and other cases where newly predicted TOO led to a reevaluation of treatment recommendation.
